This is a special laser marking machine for automobile ball cage.

On the basis of LBGX-300C, it heightens the lifting column, the vibrating lens is equipped with CCD vision camera, and the whole machine is equipped with a conveyor belt.

A side push worktable positioning plate and a V-shaped positioning plate are installed on both sides of the conveyor belt.

The batch ball cages are transmitted to the bottom of the marking head through the conveyor belt, and the marking information is transmitted to the marking machine computer to complete the vertical marking work after CCD visual positioning.

When the ball cage reaches the positioning plate of the side push worktable, the side push cylinder on the support platform pushes the V-shaped positioning plate out pneumatically, clamps the ball cage, and after the ball cage is positioned, the shooting sensor sends a signal to the marking head to mark the side of the ball cage.
