This is a semi-enclosed cylinder head marking machine (which can be equipped with a manipulator). After manual feeding (manipulator feeding), the pneumatic slide table translates the worktable to the marking area, and the pin hole positioning cylinder allows the cylinder block cylinder head to be pinned; the marking head follows the lifting column electric focusing automatic marking, after marking is completed, the code reading verification is successful, the pneumatic sliding table moves the worktable out of the working area, manual blanking (manipulator feeding).

Model characteristics

4. Lifting post: the marking head is hung horizontally on the lifting post, and the position of the marking head is electrically adjusted according to the position of the worktable.

5. Safety grating: safety grating on both sides of the lifting door, if the safety grating detects that the object equipment stops working after the door falls.

6. The whole machine structure: the outer surround structure, the whole machine safety factor is higher, the performance is stable.
